Warranty Policy

1. Limited Warranty

This warranty shall only apply to Vermont Kitchen products The warranty is only applicable to the party purchasing the products directly from Vermont Kitchen (hereinafter referred to as: 'Purchaser').

The warranty shall be valid for the period mentioned in the applicable warranty policy for the products in the sales agreement. If a product fails to operate in accordance with this warranty, Vermont Kitchen will provide a free replacement or corresponding compensation of the failed Product subject to the applicable warranty policy and the limited warranty terms.

2. Warranty Claims

All warranty periods mentioned are subjected to a Vermont Kitchen representative having access to the products for verification of non-compliance. Warranty claims have to be reported with at least the following information (additional information may be required on request):

• Details of the failed Products(showing by video, photo, or another effective way)

• Arrived date and installation date;

• Detailed problem description (by words or another effective way);

3. Limitations and Conditions

• This is a limited warranty and excludes, among other items, installation, and special, incidental, and consequential damages (such as loss of revenue/profits, damage to property or other miscellaneous costs not previously mentioned).

• On the shipping cost and shipping way to the defective products, it shall be discussed and confirmed as the order by both parties.

• Upon request, Vermont Kitchen representatives shall be allowed access to the defective products for verification of non-compliance.

4. Shipments

• It is the customer's responsibility to count and inspect all packages carefully before signing the delivery receipt. If a shortage or damage is suspected, contact Vermont Kitchen immediately.

• As they are mainly shipped from overseas, please help to collect the damage information when arrived by video, photo, or another effective way then to help on the claim to the carrier for a loss.

5. Warranty policy:

• Kitchen cabinet: 5 years

• Vanity cabinet: 3 years

• Other cabinets: 5 years

• Stainless steel kitchen: 5-8 years (Confirmed as order)

• Quartz countertop: 5 years

• Hing and drawers: 10 years (Blum); 5 years（DTC）

• Other custom hardware: 1-3 year (Confirmed as order)

• Another accessory: 1 year
