After-sales Service

Vermont is always active in any after-sales problems and will take our responsibility all the time. Negotiating with clients and reach the best solutions.

Procedure:

1. Feedback to salesman and take photos of the damaged items and list everything to Vermont;

2. Vermont will react in 24 hours and provide solutions in 72 hours;

3. Agreement achieved after discussion, then production starts;

4. Products finished and Vermont will handle the delivery to the client's house.

Provision:

1. Vermont provides Lifetime after-sales service.

2. Vermont will not be responsible for any problems caused by force majeure.

3. Vermont will not be responsible for any man-made damages or similar problems

4. Vermont has the right of final interpretation.
